Meeting Place

Guy Daniels Clubroom, Sail Terrace, Heathridge. (Off Poseidon Road and East of the junction of Ocean Reef Road/Marmion Avenue - Adjacent to the Ocean Ridge Tennis Club)

Meetings are held 11.30am-3pm on the second and fourth Monday of each month; The Mahjong groups meet every Monday at 11am (Except public holidays). Facilitator, Trish Lau-Veach.

Visitors are welcome to participate in Discussion Groups at all meetings. Participants will be better equipped if they bring paper and pen to the science group meetings  to take notes.

The current study groups are, Science Groups - Facilitated by Malcolm Burrows, Discussion Groups - Facilitated by Margaret Bender, Limited to eight per session, on first come basis. The Book Club will be Facilitated by Brenda Hugo, Writers group - Facilitated by Patricia Lysons. New groups are planned for 2012 depending on demand.

Outings and Social Functions

The region has outings and social functions generally on the 5th Monday of the month. See noticeboard at the clubroom for news of these events.

Current Affairs Group

This group is proving to be very popular and we anticipate new arrangements in the coming months. With the new accomodation this group has lots of possibilities for expansion.

Meeting Rooms

We have now secured separate accommodation for the book club. For the members of this group meet as usual at Guy Daniels clubroom and you will be escorted to the new premises just across the car park. The group will rejoin our main meeting for the lunch break and afternoon speaker.

Lunchtime

Joondalup group has a lively lunch break which gives members and visitors alike the chance to make new friends and chat about things of interest.
